Tsay Professional Services, Inc. Awarded Contract to Provide the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Plant Materials Center, Weed Control, Irrigation, and Seed Harvesting Support Services
June 11, 2018 – Tsay Federal Contracting Group (Tsay FCG) is happy to announce that its subsidiary TPS has been awarded a contract to provide USDA Plant Materials Center in Los Lunas New Mexico with Agricultural Grounds Maintenance personnel. We will be providing services related to the production and harvest of native plants directed toward developing improved plant materials wildlife habitat and range/pasture improvement. The PMC is co-located with New Mexico State University’s Agricultural Science Center and currently has 22 grass blocks totaling 14.50 acres, 2 willow blocks totaling .30 acres, and 4 cottonwood cutting blocks totaling 2.89 acres in production. TPS is excited to begin our partnership with this new customer and helping them achieve their goals.
Tsay Professional Services, Inc. Awarded Contract to Provide Facilities Maintenance and Support Services for the Directorate (DPW) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO
August 1, 2017 – We are pleased to announce that Tsay Professional Services, Inc. (TPS) has been awarded a cost plus award fee/cost plus fixed fee contract to provide the Department of the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Facility Maintenance Services at Fort Leonard Wood and Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area. This award builds upon the stellar services that TPS sister company TC&S/F-W, LLC has provided since December 2011, and demonstrates our ability to provide continuous exceptions Base Operations Support Services. Under this new contract, TPS will provide provides all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor and equipment, to operate, maintain, repair and construct real property facilities and appurtenant structures at Fort Leonard Wood (FLW), Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks Army Recreation Area (LORA).
Tsay Professional Services, Inc. Awarded Contract to Provide Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico
August 1, 2016 – Tsay Professional Services, Inc. (TPS) is excited to announce that is has been awarded a firm fixed price contract to provide grounds maintenance services at Fort Buchanan, PR. This award expands upon and demonstrates the grounds maintenance success that Tsay Federal Contracting Group (Tsay FCG) has had across its many operating locations to include: Kirtland AFB; Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA; and Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. TPS will provide mowing at improved and unimproved grounds; fence-line clearing and cleaning; maintenance of drainage systems on post; tree, brush, and stump removal; tree pruning; harvesting of coconuts from coconut palm trees; clearing right of way for all aerial utility lines; plant bed maintenance, cleaning of traffic signs; and removal of debris.

Ron Lovato, Tsay Corporation Chief Executive Officer, Receives 2016 New Mexico Distinguished Public Service Award
Ron Lovato, Tsay Corporation Chief Executive Officer, is one of 11 individuals from throughout the State of New Mexico to receive the 2016 Governor’s New Mexico Distinguished Public Service Awards. The 47th annual awards program sought out individuals to recognize not only unusual contributions to public service, but also exceptional contributions to the community. Developed by Dr. Albert Rosenthal, professor and director emeritus in public administration at the University of New Mexico, in the 1960s, it has raised tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships at three New Mexico universities. The program aims to promote public appreciation of the quality of people in public service and to encourage outstanding young people to seek careers in the public service.
