Pueblo Alliance, LLC (based in Ohkay Owingeh, NM) has been named as a winner in the United States Small Business Administration (New Mexico District Office) awards category as Rural Small Business of the Year for 2026. Ron Lovato, CEO of Tsay Corporation (third from right and shown with other SBA winners), serves as President of Pueblo Alliance, LLC. Pueblo Alliance is comprised of two Native American Enterprise Development Corporations, Tsay Services Incorporated and San Ildefonso Services. Pueblo Alliance specializes in providing security access control escorts, drivers, administration, Human Resources, facility management, construction, quality control, and management for the United States Department of Energy.
“Ron’s achievements with Pueblo Alliance as New Mexico’s Rural Owned Small Business of the Year, reflect both personal excellence and the powerful impact of small businesses across the state,” says Justin Crossie, SBA Region VI Regional Administrator. “Ron highlights the vital role small businesses play in strengthening local and rural communities.”
“A key driver of Pueblo Alliance’s success—though not always immediately visible—has been TRIAD, LLC’s unwavering commitment to Northern New Mexico and its communities,” says Ron Lovato. “At the center of this commitment is the Espanola Valley, the economic and cultural heart of Northern New Mexico. Through its partnership with Pueblo Alliance, TRIAD has achieved in eight years a level of engagement and operational integration within the Española Valley that had remained largely unrealized during the previous 75 years of Los Alamos National Laboratory operations.”
