Our Company

Tsay is a federally chartered Section 17 corporation and is proudly owned by Ohkay Owingeh, one of 19 Pueblo Tribes in the state of New Mexico.

Ohkay Owingeh is a traditionally governed Pueblo tribe located in Northern New Mexico, still occupying their ancestral lands and practicing their ancient culture. The name Ohkay Owingeh is derived from the traditional language called Tewa, still spoken today, and the word “Tsay” is a Tewa word meaning Eagle. In 1994, Tsay Corporation was established to meet the needs of the Ohkay Owingeh and since then has gone on to support federal government customers across the United States.

Tsay Federal Contracting Group is comprised of four Tsay wholly owned subsidiaries:

- Tsay Services, Inc. is the managing partner of the joint venture with Pueblo Alliance.
Tsay Professional Services, Inc. (TPS) (Tribal 8(a) SDB)
Tsay Federal Contracting Services, LLC (TFCS)
Tsay Construction & Services, LLC (TC&S)
- Includes the joint ventures of Tsay/Ferguson-Williams, LLC and TC&S-F-W, LLC.
- Tsay Construction & Services LLC participates in the N2MIS joint venture.

Tsay Federal Contracting Services is our administrative support company that provides shared accounting, human resources, operations, payroll and other support functions to Tsay’s federal contracting group of companies. All companies are structured to serve our customers with skilled efficiency and robust past performance.

Company History

1994

Tsay Corporation is established as a federally chartered Section 17 corporation.

2004

Tsay Construction & Services, LLC is established as a separate subsidiary of Tsay Corporation and becomes Tsay Corporation’s largest operating entity.

2005

Tsay-Tech, LLC, a Joint Venture (JV) is established.

2007

Tsay Construction & Services, LLC (TC&S, LLC) entered into two separate JV’s, 1) TC&S/F-W, LLC and 2) Tsay/F-W, LLC, or TFW for short.

2011

Tsay Services, Inc. (HUBZone certified) is established as a subsidiary of Tsay Corporation.

2013

Tsay Professional Services, Inc. (TPS) is established as a subsidiary of Tsay Corporation. TPS becomes an SBA certified (8a) contractor and formally enters the (8a) program.

2017

Tsay Federal Contracting Services, LLC is established as a subsidiary of Tsay Corporation and began operation on January 1, 2018.

2021

Tsay and San Ildefonso Services enter into a joint venture to form Pueblo Alliance, LLC.

2022

Tsay Services, Incorporated certified as an 8(a).

2023

Los Alamos National Laboratory contracts with Pueblo Alliance to create a new distribution center outside Espanola, New Mexico.

Tsay Construction Services joins with Centerra Group (a Constellis company) to enter into the Northern New Mexico Integrated Security (N2MIS) joint venture.
