Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI) has awarded a ten-year subcontract to Tsay Services Inc. (TSI) to provide Custodial Services at Los Alamos National Laboratory. This contract includes a five-year base period followed by five one-year option periods and is valued at an estimated $48 million. The contract’s effective date was February 1st, 2025.
