The Supply Coordinator manages the policies and procedural requirements as defined by the contract, the FAR, and other applicable regulatory guidance to ensure PMP/PCS compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Duties involve a combination of the following:
Administers the Property Management Plan (PMP) associated with Government Property Control.
Performs inventories required to ensure all property and materials are accounted for properly.
Provides required control to ensure accuracy of receipts, inspections, storage procedures, and issuance of property.
Maintains the official Government property records IAW the provisions of the contract.
Responsible for property surveillance, conducting location surveys, and reviewing audit trails to ensure contractual compliance.
Reviews internal audits of the procedures in the PMP and PCS to ensure contractual compliance.
Assures the PMP and PCS are revised upon changes to the contract, operations, or noted deficiencies.
Reviews proposed changes to the PMP and PCS prior to submitting changes to the GPA/CO.
Obtains approval from the GPA/CO for revisions to the PMP/PCS.
Responsible for submitting required reports IAW the provisions of the contract and the PCS.
Prepares and submits property related reports, as required.
Coordinates directly with the DPW, DRMO, GPA, and other supporting activities for property acquisition and disposition.
Coordinates calibration of Test, Measure, and Diagnostic Equipment for Government furnished equipment.
Maintains historical property records as necessary.
Key control and management.
Vehicle monitoring and control.
Assists Supply Techs as needed with stocking, issuing and receiving.
Operate hand or power trucks or forklift
Input of issues and receipts into Maximo system.

Must have at least 5 years’ experience in inventory control management, preferably in a government contracting environment.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have the ability to interface and interact with customers, managers and staff members.
